JOB PURPOSE
The Lead Conversion Specialist will manage inbound candidate leads from initial engagement (calls, WhatsApp, social media) through to conversion and placement. This is a performance-driven role suited for individuals with strong sales, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage and qualify inbound leads from social media platforms and digital campaigns
Initiate contact via calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
Build rapport and guide candidates through overseas job opportunities
Handle objections and provide accurate information on roles, processes, and expectations
Follow up consistently to drive conversion
Close candidates and ensure successful onboarding for overseas roles
Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline in CRM/trackers
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth candidate processing
Meet and exceed monthly conversion and revenue targets
